Students can access medical and behavioral health services right on campus
The HealthPoint School-Based Health Center at Evergreen High School is now open and ready to serve students. The clinic offers convenient access to healthcare services on campus, helping students stay healthy and ready to learn.
Available services include behavioral health support, immunizations, sports physicals, nutrition services, family planning, annual exams and teen health services. Interpretation services are available, and families will not have to pay out of pocket for care. HealthPoint staff can help connect families with insurance and other programs that cover healthcare costs.
