Hello EHS community,
I don’t think I’m alone in saying that one of the things that I miss most is the community feeling that comes with each school year. Typically, we would have all had the opportunity to participate in and be a part of homecoming, numerous assemblies, spirit weeks, rooting on numerous different sports teams, being part of the band or an after school club, and the everyday interactions that take place in the halls. We are all feeling the loss of these opportunities, so we have created some opportunities for all of us to come together and have a little bit of fun.
First, we wanted to spread a little holiday cheer and decided that some custom EHS holiday sweaters were needed. Check out the sweaters that are for sale for a limited time at https://www.bsnteamsports.com/shop/EHSHOLIDAY. The store closes on November 30th, so make sure you get your orders in by then! These will be delivered in time for the holiday season, and you can even put them to good use in our Winter Spirit Week that will kick off on December 14th.
The second thing we wanted to let everyone know about is Wolverine Wednesday’s. Each week starting December 9th there will be a Wednesday activity/hangout/program designed to give us a chance to just hang out. Look for details on this in a future email and on our website, facebook and Instagram (@ehswolverines). To give you an idea of what these will be about, a few things that will be happening are an among us tourney, Wolverines Got Talent, game nights, art show and much more. Be on the lookout for this in the coming weeks.
